Mary Abban

I am a special education teacher and consultant, working through Lutheran Special Education Ministries based in Ann Arbor, Michigan to provide special education services here at Trinity First. I have my bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Concordia University Nebraska and my master’s degree in special education from Concordia University in St. Paul. I am licensed through the state of MN for both K-6 Elementary Education and K-12 Special Education.  I have been a teacher for over 20 years.  I have been at Trinity First since 2016, first as a classroom teacher and now as a special education teacher.  

I grew up on a farm about an hour west of the Twin Cities. I’ve also lived and taught in both New Jersey and in the Kansas City, Missouri area. These days, my family and I live in Shoreview. I love to spend time reading and traveling both in and out of Minnesota. I am blessed to work with our students and families to grow academically and spiritually.
