Equipping Learners, Sharing Hope
Anna VanVleet

I have been working at Trinity First since August of 2013. Every year I've had the opportunity to do something a bit different! Currently, I work part-time from home so I can also be a full-time mom. My responsibilities include working with volunteers, serving as Director of our Tiger Club afterschool program, managing HR and payroll, bookkeeping, and more. In previous years, I student taught in Kindergarten, taught first grade and fifth grade, and assisted in the Treehouse. I have learned so much about serving Christ and His kingdom, as well as what it means to be a follower of Jesus, through the staff and families here.
I graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a degree in elementary (K-6) education and a middle school (5-8) emphasis in Math with minors in Confessional Lutheranism and Urban Education. I also have a masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. I married my husband in 2015, and we have two boys, one who is old enough to be a student at Trinity First! We enjoy spending time with friends and family, hosting game nights, sharing our house with students from all over the world, and making music together. I'm also an avid thrift store shopper and bargain finder.
I find great joy in sharing Christ's sacrificial love and never-ending grace with the people around me, particularly the community in and around Trinity First. What a privilege it is to serve our Savior!
